Every speech, every mentor, every club meeting, and every leader has helped shape the legacy of District 14 and District 58. Those stories don't disappear—they become the foundation of something even greater.
District 213 is the next chapter in that story.

Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) provides training and resources for club officers and district leaders. Through role-specific workshops and leadership development sessions, TLI helps leaders build successful clubs, support members, and achieve excellence throughout the Toastmasters year.
